Blueberry-Kiwi-Spinach Smoothie
Just a quick share tonight....my new favorite smoothie!
4 ripe kiwi, peeled
1 small Fuji apple
1 cup blueberries
3 cups fresh spinach
1cup ice
It's a low sugar, tart (thank you kiwis), and super nutritious. So yummy!
